Please note than when booking a table of 3 or more guests, your card details will need to be provided. Any no show (which hasn’t cancelled within 4 hours of time of arrival) will be charged £10 per head.
If you wish to make a change to your Booking, please contact us directly on telephone 029 2034 5102 or email email@example.com. We will let you know if the change is possible and anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change, including any increased deposit amount required. All changes to your Booking are subject to availability.
If you wish to cancel your Booking for any reason, we always appreciate it if you can let us know as far in advance as possible. If you have made your reservation online, you can also cancel your booking by clicking the “Cancel Booking” button on your Booking confirmation email.
Please inform us of any dietary or allergy requirements at the time of your reservation or 24 hours-notice prior to your booking date. This will help us ensure that we can create the best possible menu to accommodate your needs.
Whilst we can cater for most dietary & allergy requirements, unfortunately due to the extensive length & the number of components to the menu we are unable to offer a menu suitable for some very restricted diets. The Cricketers cannot be held responsible if we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements if insufficient notice is given. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are constantly making changes to adhere to the most recent government guidelines. These requirements and precautions are set to ensure you and our own staff are as safe as possible whilst still enjoying your experience at The Cricketers.
The choice to wear face coverings is yours but please remember that some guests will still want to continue to follow social distancing measures. We continue to recommend that all of our team wear masks during service, but it will no longer be mandatory. Hand sanitiser will be made available for guests and our staff.
